Hi, my name is Joasia.
I believe that life is long enough, and we have enough resources within us to live several lives – in career, relationships, and even in a completely new place in the world. That is why it is worth thinking about it and boldly reaching for what we want! How?
There are many ways, but the one that worked for me and that I share with others is mentoring and coaching.
As an accredited coach and mentor, I follow the EMCC Code of Ethics, creating a safe, accepting space for conversation – without judgment, with attention to you.
I also encourage you to look at the Mind-Body relationship holistically, so that you can enjoy life to the fullest, in mental and physical health.

I support people at the beginning of their career path, as well as experienced ones, in finding their direction and going through life and professional storms with ease and confidence. No matter what stage of life you are at, I invite you to try on your life scenarios . And when you find the one that "fits like a glove" - I will support you in boldly reaching for it!
