I can honestly say that starting a mentoring relationship with Joanna was one of the best decisions I made in 2024 and has undoubtedly contributed to the development of my competences. What is particularly valuable about Joanna is asking the right questions that encourage reflection and bring out hidden motivations. Joanna is not only extremely empathetic and open, but also has substantive preparation. She often refers to proven models and analyses, asks in-depth questions and encourages you to work on your own also outside of scheduled meetings, which brings great results and builds commitment.
